Bella sings...

Everytime we are in the car, the girls ask to listen to the Phantom of the Opera soundtrack. I don't mind it, since its my favorite movie soundtrack of all time. I think it's hilarious, though, because they both sing along and know the words! Bella even makes sure you sing your part. Bella is usually Christine, Daddy is Phantom and Raoul, Mommy and Aube share Meg's part and sometimes Carlotta's. Ü
I finally got it on video this afternoon...You'll have to forgive the jolting, roller-coaster ride of a video...I was holding the camera and turning my head away so she wouldn't think I was actually watching her sing. It's also 3 minutes long...but it's worth it!

I am a builder.

Those of you with Primary age kids may have heard this song (100 times) before. Or is it just me? And once I've heard it...it gets STUCK IN MY HEAD. And I'll be singing "Sarah's a builder" all day long. Ü

We play this little "game" of sorts...saying Aube's a builder or Bella's a builder...of course, they wouldn't do it without a little prompting for the video, but that's just how it goes.
Sometimes the game evolves into things such as "Bella's a pickle" or "Daddy's a pumpkin" and they collapse in laughter.

Aube has a crazy knack for picking up song tunes (even with food in her mouth). I enjoy it immensely!

THAT'S HOW YOU KNOW.....

James says to me this morning "She won't quit singing this song...watch...."
So, he says to Aube...."Thats how you know..."
And Aube goes ON AND ON singing those 4 words....of course, she starts to refuse right as I videotape...but thats how the cookie crumbles.
She refuses b/c she wants us to sing the "Witch" part of Enchanted...but yeah, thats the CD, babe. Track #12...believe me, I know. Or the Mermaid song, but I have no idea what that is...lol. But, oh my gosh, is that girl LOUD...she did this to us all day long...everything she asked for was in this LOUD VOICE...

They crack me up the way they play so well together...and then fight like crazy, usually over Barbie #1 or #3...but a kindness spurt will happen here and there, and I love it.
