Dear Mother Nature,
What gives? It is NOVEMBER here in Texas and when I walked outside today I wanted to run back in, put on shorts and have a barbeque! I'm not really complaining, the weather is awesome...but I already brought out all the coats and all the cute long sleeved shirts! AND I just ordered some CUUUUTE stuff for the kids. So, pretty please, can you breathe some cold weather our way? I'm not asking for anything taxing like snow or ice...just a cold, crisp breeze, maybe some frost on the ground. I would really appreciate it! :)
Love,
Me

How long have you lived in Texas? This is the norm. When I went into labor with Hayden it was 85 degrees, the day I came home from the hospital it was 25 degrees and icy. This was in late November. I want to wear cute sweaters and boots, it just get's too hot.
We broke a record yesterday in Vegas and I think we are going to again today with a high of 85. It's supposed to be going down over the next few days though. It looks like yours will be too. I guess I will believe it when I see it:)
Ahh!! I didn't know it was always like this in TX! I've only been here for a year...so I guess I was just going off last year. I guess I can still hope...sigh...
But if I really wanted cold weather, I could move to MN or UT, right? I'll just visit those places for now...get my fill then come back to the warmth!
Sorry babe... it's been cool here in Chicago for a few weeks now. I was very excited to get out my leather jacket and knee high boots! My favorite time of the year! However, I do miss the Vegas winters compared to the below zero temps here! I will blow really hard your way and maybe you will feel it. (I doubt it though since weather moves from west to east) I will try anyway!
thanks for visiting my site. hope you get some cool weather soon.
Utah's a good choice :)
You forgot to add the "not" in there, Jen.
hehe...i think UT is a good choice, too...james does too, he just likes to go against the system :).
