My crafty project

I'm so excited to post this...
It's been the 2 days since I sent it to Mommalove
so hopefully she has it already!
For her birthday, I assigned all the kids a letter
then I went and found pictures of each kid and grandkid
And viola we have an ABC scrapbook.

Scrapbooking is one of my favorite things to do.
I hardly get around to doing it because I'm lazy!
But I LOVE when I have a project, or a gift to make.
Usually I wait till the last minute
so the gift ends up being late (go figure).

But I love to scrap...hopefully I can get into the groove again.
One day I would love to learn to digi-scrap...
but there is just something about the FEEL
of paper and embellishing that I love.

Beautiful. She is gonna love it. I agree with Shannon, she is lucky to have an awesome DIL. I wanna learn how to scrapbook too, but I am lazy AND poor, not a good combo.

That is just beautiful! You should try to sell your masterpieces. That's all I want to do. I want the finished product so I can just put the pics in;)

I LOVE THAT! How cool is that! You will have to post her reaction to it! I wish we were closer, we could scrap together...

Sarah would make an awesome project to sell. The problem is, she'd end up giving them away. Did she tell you about the girl from when she worked at the Chiropractor's office in Vegas that talked her into giving a $10 massage? Yeah, that sinks a business real quick. I'm thinking that the business plan for scrapbooking would be my job, and she would just get locked in a backroom somewhere actually making the product. Then it would work. We would call it, James and Sarah's Scrapbook Sweatshop.

I meant awesome "product". And she really does make awesome presents for people. She thinks sometimes that it's an easy way out of buying an expensive present, but actually she does some top notch work...and really anything that has pictures of Bella and Aubree the screaming banshee are going to be worth money.

awww...look at him brag about me :) and PLEASE don't bring up the $10 massage...that was ALOT of work for NOTHING...something I won't do again!

I'm getting one for Jordyn??? Yay!! I can't wait. And James, what a sweet hubby. She does like to give her stuff away. That is just way too much work to massage a person for $10!!! You crazy girl. I don't have that problem. I would have told that girl that she was out of her mind. I had someone ask me to do like 5 hours of massage for free for a party. She said it would be a good way for me to market myself. Yeah, maybe but I'm not doing it for free. Sorry!! Good luck with that.

Good job, darling! she will love it and probably cry! I developed so many pictures, and have a new album coming to put all of last years pictures in. So I better get moving on the scrapbooking I am behind. We would have fun doing it! I got this huge 380 piece scrapbook kit that comes in a cute brown and pink tote, I still don't have it open. Soon! K- I said enough!
