Go team!

The 2008 Blast Ball season is drawing to a close
(thank goodness...)
I thought I would share with you the
cutest picture ever!

There's nothing like half a dozen fake 3 and 4 year old smiles
to melt your heart! Ü
I think there were TIMES that Bella had fun playing...
but for the first few weeks, we only had a game here and there, and she got put with a coach that really had no desire to coach our kids. Yeah, they are young....its "just Blastball", no score is taken. But it's MY kid, and I want her to have the best experience there is. Then...to top it all off, the coach went MIA....we seriously only saw her for the 1st two games, and then she just quit showing up!! Totally ridiculous! So...we parents took the team into our own hands, I got "voted in" as honorary coach and scheduled our pictures, planned a practice and I'm planning our end-of-season party!! So therefore, I think I'm keeping this plaque:

Cause the 1st Coach sure doesn't deserve it!!!!

Bella's face in that picture is priceless. Very cute, and what a bummer about the coach.

Very cute picture! We had bum coach when the boys played soccer last fall and some of the parents stepped up to finish the season. The Mom who took over kept our coach's plaque, I say you definitely should get to keep yours.

I love it! And I bet you were great! Sounds like bella had a great time, and that you got your first experience of being a "soccer mom". LOLOL

What a great Mom for stepping in. Most wouldn't and then it would've been a bust, good for you.

Gavin starts his 3rd season of baseball in 2 weeks, we are looking forward to it. It does get better once they know what the heck is going on and how to play.Ü 2 years ago was rough! The ball would be hit and the ENTIRE team ran after it. It's funny to watch at first, but when you are trying to teach them the fundamentals of the game, it's frustrating sometimes. Hopefully she will have a better experience next time if she decides to play. Otherwise it's on to dance right?

The coach business is funny – but not really funny . . . I hope she didn’t get paid!
The pictures are awesome too. Bella looks so grown up!!! Why do these kids have to grow up so fast?!
