My goal has been to have black, semi-mismatched (in a matching sort of way) chairs around my kitchen table. And thanks to Kelli, I am 2 chairs closer to my goal! She donated some of her old chair to my cause. I'm so excited that the black turned out so well...I really love that I was able to re-cover the seat with this fabric:
Because I love it so much!!! It was first a tablecloth I made....but then it shrunk, darn it...and I was totally devastated that I wouldn't be able to use it!!
One project down....a million to go! Ü

I love it too! What you are doing kinda reminds me of FRIENDS... Monica's table had different chairs all around their table, very modern, I love it.
It looks so good! I'm going to miss my mismatched chairs, but at least I know they have gone to a good home. Especially this one, it was the only one left out of the mix.
