Friday night we had ourselves a Girl's Night....Shannon and I enjoyed a yummy and FILLING seafood dinner. I seriously think I broke a few ribs with the pressure from my expanding stomach. Then we met up with Bonnie and Julie for dessert....how I fit anything else in my stomach, I don't know!
MMM...I think I dreamt about how good those crablegs were!
It's so nice to have friends that will go out and chill with me, rejuvenate by laughing and chit-chattin', and in turn making me miss my little family, just a bit Ü.

Oh man, even in the picture that food makes me drool (and it makes my stomach hurt a little too!) and did you see, of COURSE now they are having their endless shrimp thingamajig now! Oh, I love Red Lobster!
And yes, it was nice to just eat and talk. Normally there is always a movie too, and we don't get to just TALK as much!
Girls night was fun, we should do it again soon! Now I'm craving some of the yummy chocolate cake and cheesecake though... Crab legs sound good, too. :)
Have you ever been to Rockfish? Josh and I went there and liked it. And there's a place in north Dallas with amazing seafood (at least I think. I've actually never been to the Dallas location, but I've been to ones in Boston and Austin and they were amazing.)
Oh! Rockfish is good, and they have pretty good prices too!
Rockfish is yummy, isn't it?! I like it because, for me, sometimes I feel places like Red Lobster and Joe's Crab Shack over-season their food (depending on what you get).
Oh, and the place in north/uptown Dallas is called McCormick and Schmick's. It's a little more pricey, but their seafood is amazing. Their menu changes daily because they cook whatever fresh stuff they get in that day, but the last time Josh and I went we got Oysters Rockefeller for our appetizer and I got a lobster and crab bisque, and they were both melt in your mouth delicious. (I really think looking at that seafood picture is getting to me...)
I really wanna try crablegs! And, I love Rockfish over Red Lobster. RL used to be good, but it seems as if the food has gone downhill while the price has gone up. The best place to get grilled salmon though is Saltgrass, yummy!
Ok...Rockfish it is!! :) I'll take any chance to eat seafood!
And Ashley, you've never had crablegs!? You are sooooo coming with us and poppin' that crableg cherry!
