The next 4 years are going to be quite interesting. But really, the president isn't who we should have concern for....it's the Democratic controlled Congress (or so I'm told by James...little ole me don't watch da news).
Looking forward....and as Krista and I were discussing tonite, onto getting that food storage ready, saving money (Heaven help me), etc....oh you know...all those things the Prophet has asked us to do for many years now. Just in case, to be prepared, there's no harm in that.

oh my gosh! LOLOL, keith and I last night were like, we better start listening to the Prophet and get some food storage going! And yes, I agree with James its that combo of the dem pres and the dem congress that could be trouble.
Wow. I didn't think about that. i guess now is the time to make sure we're as prepared as can be too!
That's EXACTLY what I was thinking last night too. Get that food storage ready! It could be a very bumpy ride!! We just have to stand up for what is right now. With Obama's views on the Constitution, as being a negative document, we are now seeing the days when "the constitution will hang by a thread".
I always thought that if there was a democratic president that it had to be the "check and balance" thing and have a majority Republicans in the house and senate?? Or am I remembering wrong from Government Class? Hmm.. But yes.. Preparing for some hard times is a must now..
It's going to be scary to have the democrats in charge of everything. And he is going to be appointing a couple of supreme court justices too. Heaven help us. My sis in law gave me a cool suggestion for food storage. She took some extra Halloween candy and put it in one of those jars and sucked all the air out of it so it stays good. We are still going to need chocolate!!! She gave me the jar sealer thing so I will have to make you one;)
I just wanna wash my hands of all of it and move to Bora Bora!
