Hi, thats me. James probably could have told you that already...but there is nothing like packing for a 3 week trip to make me see how much CRAP I use on a daily basis. At first, I figured I would pack 2 suicases and a duffle (for the carseats). Well, those are full and I've had to add an extra duffle to carry all our shoes! 3 girls...with at least, AT LEAST 3 pairs of shoes each...ha. Not to mention clothes for warmer weather in Vegas and then clothes and JACKETS (heaven forbid) for the brrrrr in Cedar City. The list goes on and on...but what can you do. I'm just glad I wasn't a pioneer. My handcart woulda been busting at the seams.
But I'm almost done, hopefully. Cause I'd like to take a nap. Ü
And even though packing may be stressful...I get to see my FAMILY in less than 24 hours!!! My eyes tear up just thinking about it, it's been a LONG time! But on the other hand, I'm getting a little weepy thinking about being gone from James. Not an easy thing to do. Parting is such sweet sorrow, right?

Well, since you are flying Southwest, you can technically check six bags, three carry-ons, three personal items, and three umbrellas or walking canes. All for free! I'll be a little suspicious if you take all that, though.
It is hard to leave but once you are at your destination, you will have a great time! And yes, we all have so much stuff. I couldn't believe how much I packed and I didn't have the girls. I think that's what makes it the hardest. I'm reading a book from back in the 1800s and I so wouldn't be a good pioneer.
Believe me, you are not high maintenance you are just a women! :) Packing for two different weather climates sucks, especially with kids, I know I did it over Christmas. I packed more then you did and you can honestly never be too prepared when it comes to kids. Have fun with your fam! We will miss you!
Have such a great time...and tell your hubby get use to it with all girls this will be his life whenever you go somewhere...it only gets worse! ha! It's not high maintenance it's just looking good!

um DUH! There's no WAY you could have fit enough supplies for THREE GIRLS in three measily pieces of luggage. I mean seriously, the shoes alone...
It always looks like I'm moving whenever we go out of town for just a weekend. I'm sorry we weren't able to get together before you left. Hope you have fun.
Oh girl you know what I pack! If we flew the plane would never be able to lift off the ground!
I stress about packing for a weekend...I can't imagine a 3 week trip and a plane ride on top of it all! :) You're the woman!
