Bella and Bubba actually got along for 75% of this trip...they DO love each other...but sometimes it's hard to LIKE each other. Being so close in age and uncle/neice....not so easy. But I do have to say their "fun times" were more on this trip than any other...so hopefully that will shine thru even more on future trips!
One of the things they loved to do was sit together (
on one chair) and play computer games. Bubba even gave in a couple times and played a princess game with Bella.

My Mom really wanted to get them a swingset (
mainly so they'd keep out of the neighbors yard Ü). So, we searched and searched and found one down in Las Vegas. When I went down to see Krista and go to Phantom, I picked it up the next morning. We toughed out the cold and put it together the night I got back...and they were ecstatic to play on it the next morning!

Aube was a complete grump for most of the trip, sorry to say. It's hard to be out of your element...and to have a bad case of the terrible two's. Bella never really went thru that, so family expected Aube to be the same happy-go-lucky as her sis....not so much. So, I apologize that she didn't hug or want to be near anyone...just wanted to sit and drink her juice. Thank goodness they grow up!
She shared a bed with me for most of the three weeks...especially when we were in a hotel. I didnt mind it, it was fun to cuddle...until the wee hours of the morning, when Aube would be turned side ways with her feet in my ribcage. Hmmm...reminds me a bit of when she was in utero. lol.

Bella, Bella...not much to say about her other than I think (
know) she enjoyed being around so much family, people who love her for just who she is. She asks for "Hannah" alot (
meaning, the actual Hannah, Emily and Kenna...don't quite know why she was referring to all 3 as Hannah Ü).

*sigh* such fun.
Now I need to get off here...already 15 minutes past the time I told myself I would leave to go to the gym. Yikes. Gotta work hard these next 2 weeks, try to lose SOME weight, geez. Bathing suit season is not my friend!

I can't believe you got through the marathon vacation with the dueling Bella/John J. and the grumpy Aube! You are truly a super-mom!
Ahh..Aube was a sweetheart. Anyone would be cranky when tired and I'm sure you all were tired.
Kenna keeps asking for Bella to come play with her princess dresses;)
Bathing suit season is no ones friends. I don't care what you are shaped like. (I guess unless you are shaped like Giselle.)
Your girls are too adorable to be grumps – I just don’t believe you. :-)
I should have qualified my comment with:
My girls would have been 100% worse being out of their element and schedule.
The bottom two pictures of the girls are adorable. What gym are you going to now?
Julie...going to the YMCA up off the 30/Collins.
