My mom is always trying to get me to move here to Cedar City, but I have a love/hate (thats a strong word-more like dislike?) relationship with Utah. I really do love it here in Cedar City, I love the view of the mountains from my mom's front and back porches. But I really hate that it takes 50 minutes to get to the nearest Target. I love that you can go outside in the afternoon, close to the time when the sun is fading, and you don't have to put on OFF to keep the mosquitos from sucking the kiddos dry! But I hate that the BLACKtops here are like super-black and make your shoes black, which in turn make my pants and shirt black b/c Bella likes to kick my in the thigh and belly when we're shoppin' at WalMart b/c there is no TARGET!!
OH...and DON'T even get me started about Walmart here...its like a menagerie (yes, I had to look that word up...and it completely fits). The women here are so well put together. It amazes me. I don't know if you can chalk that up to being LDS and the whole Provident-living thing or what, but I am definitely in awe of the perfectly colored and styled hair, very well applied makeup, skinny cute clothes...what is in the water here in UT? AND...the best part of all....each well-dressed lady is a mother, accompanied by minimum of 3 children, also very well-groomed and well-behaved. Then there is me....frumpy is the best word to describe it, really....frumpy and tired, no makeup b/c it takes too much time, hair in a ponytail b/c i get too hot drying it b/c I'm overweight :), which is a whole other problem in and of its self. And then I have my crazy 2 yr old who won't sit down in the cart and my whining 10-month old who just wants to be held. I need to take some lessons, find out where I am going wrong! :) I am always looking for ways to get my butt in gear, have some kind of organization...so WHAT are they teaching here in little Cedar City, Utah that they left out of the handbooks we were given in TX? We in TX get along fine...I think it would be horrible to have to put on makeup every day in the humidity, just to have it melt off! I actually know how to solve all my problems....DON'T GO TO WALMART. You hear that James?? I finally got my free Costco card today thanks to a GREAT brother-in-law....so hopefully the tide is changing and I can quit my WM addiction...turn it into a Costco addiction, right?
Sorry....it's 3:52 here and I'm rambling....

You are NOT frumpy. You are so adorable, and I can't even tell you don't wear makeup. You have lovely skin and don't need any!
I have to agree with Kelli! You are SO cute lady! :)
