The Court of Honor

Topher's Eagle Court of Honor was a smashing good hit! The Kirchmann's used a fabulous Power Point presentation, with Sgt Griffin leading us in the Pledge of Allegiance.
Master of Ceremonies, Bro Cathcart.
I hugged some kiddos.
The infamous number patches. They look good, Josh, but I still hate them ;). I spent an HOUR trying to sew them on...but then my OCD made me give up.
The brothers all had a part in the program. Matt described attributes of a Scout. James described the responsibilities of an Eagle Scout (with help from Aube). Bryan led the Eagle Scouts in the Eagle Scout Promise. And Josh read several congratulatory letters.
Bella was bored. Of course. The huge swingset located just north of the pavillion didn't help matters much.
Sgt Griffin presented the award to Topher.
Mom and dad (tearfully) presented an American flag to Topher. It was flown over the White House on April 6, 2008...a very special date!
Topher presenting James and Bryan with a Mentor pin.
Me hugging another kid.
Our (un)happy little family. At a park and all they want to do is play, whodathunk. Ü
My friend, Sharon and I. I love her to pieces and if we lived in MN, we'd be besties. You are a riot, Sharrona!!
(AND TOO CUTE, have I said that yet?)
All the mens. Well...some mens, some boys. But aren't they handsome?
The End.
