The first morning...

....we threw a little Pancake Breakfast. We rented out the Events Center all day, so I figured we'd make good use of it and have a place for everyone to congregate and chitchat.
It worked out great {I was late and didn't have to cook!}....
even if we were trying to cook 50 pancakes on one gridle. Whoops.
And Emily decided to steal all the juice.
Silly girl.
Laura and Joseph...
all bright-eyed and bushy-faced tailed....haha. Joseph grew some good-looking whiskers since the last time we saw him!
Apparently Uncle John is a fun toy!
After the pancake breakfast, we headed out to do some sight-seeing.
We headed to the Visitor's Center, to get a map and see where to begin.
We only had a few hours each day to see some history.
...and of course....take pictures.
It was truly a blessing to be able to share this time with my family...
and JEN AND FAMILY, you were truly missed.

My mom and I were going around the room, checking out some of the old artifacts {is that even the word?? It's not like they were dinosaurs}
...and we were cracking up at this old Math book.
"To reduce a vulgar fraction to a decimal"
hah.

Bella was so excited to spend some time with her Auntie Em.

Great pictures Sarah!! And you are so good at telling us your stories/adventures.

I have to ask you - did you make Jaxon's car seat? If so - fabulous job!!! (And - can you show me how?!) :)
